Cancellation Policy
*There is a ONE reschedule allowed per deposit. Rescheduling an appointment more than once will forfeit your initial deposit and a new one is required for a new appointment.
**There is a 10 MINUTE grace period for late arrivals - after 10 minutes there is a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled and no-show fee is charged.
***If you cancel on the day of your appointment, a cancellation fee will be applied.
****No extra guests allowed! Minors (under 18) can be accompanied by 1 adult for the duration of their appointment.
*****If you No-Call No-Show, you will be dismissed from booking in the future.
